On board our coaches

• Hand sanitiser – has been provided at the entry point of all vehicles
  All passengers are encouraged to use the sanitiser as they board the vehicle

• Face coverings – as per latest Government legislation, all passengers on public transport are to wear a face covering
• Reduced seating – to support social distancing, we have reduced the availability of seats limiting the number of passengers travelling
• Enhanced cleaning – all vehicles are deep cleaned using approved disinfectant sprays, disinfectant wipes, and air fogging systems. Whilst out – following passenger disembarkation, the coaches will undergo touch point sanitisation
• Toilets – remain open with a reminder for the importance of hand washing. Disposable hand towels are provided
• Social distancing – all passengers are reminded to wait patiently and listen to instructions from the driver before boarding the coach. Signage is in place to remind everyone of the requirement to keep socially distanced
• Temperature screening – before boarding, the driver may ask to take passengers temperatures using a contactless thermometer. One of the main symptoms of Covid-19 is a high temperature.  You may be refused travel if you provide a temperature reading above 38 degrees.  You may be refused the rights to travel if you refuse to have your temperature taken
• Driver safety – our drivers have been supplied with PPE which includes masks, visors, and gloves. They also have their own hand sanitiser
• Customers are to embark and disembark only under the direction of the driver
• Embarking will fill from the back of the coach. Disembarking will commence from the front
• All passengers are required to keep their original seats

• Help control the virus by protecting yourself and others.
• Do not travel if you have displayed any symptoms of Covid-19 in the last 14 days, namely fever, high temperature, persistent coughing, breathing difficulties or shortness of breath, and / or loss of taste or smell?
• Wash hands – keep washing your hands regularly throughout the day
• Face covering – wear a face covering over your nose and mouth whilst in enclosed spaces and where it is difficult to maintain social distancing
